Fellowships

Research

Opportunities exist for biostatistical and medical informatics research.

Opportunities

All key faculty members participate in clinical research.

Opportunities exist for fellows to pursue biostatistical and medical informatics research with nationally recognized faculty under the auspices of our newly instituted ChristianaCare Center for Outcomes Research as well as other projects with clinical faculty.

In addition, there are opportunities for basic science research in cardiology at the Alfred I. duPont Hospital for Children and the Delaware Biotechnology Institute, which is affiliated with the University of Delaware and located 10 minutes from ChristianaCare.

Cardiovascular disease fellows conducting research receive direct supervision and ongoing input and feedback from the director of the Cardiovascular Disease Fellowship and from the director of Cardiac Research as well as the program faculty member assigned to supervise each resident’s research project.
