Health App

Connect your health records right from your smart device.

Stay Connected

For iOS users, the Apple Health app was created to help organize your important health information and make it easy to access in a central and secure place.

Now you can combine your Apple Health app with your ChristianaCare patient portal. Here’s how to get started.

Make the Most of Your Time with Us

Having a second set of eyes on your health data can give you peace of mind. With new sharing features, you can provide useful information to your ChristianaCare providers.

To help you have more meaningful discussions with your healthcare team, now you can share health data including activity data, heart data, cycle tracking data, heart health notifications, and falls.

Sharing data from the Health app can lead to richer, better-informed conversations with healthcare team.

For example, if you’re concerned about a particular area of your health, you can share data from that category along with information from your everyday life, like your activity and heart data.

Follow these steps to get started.

Works with Systems We Already Use

Using our own health records system, we can review the data that you share. Access to this information can help healthcare providers have a more holistic view of your health.

How You can share Health Data

The Health app collects data from iPhone, Apple Watch, compatible medical and fitness devices, and a variety of third-party apps, as well as health records from participating healthcare organizations that you have downloaded.

You can store health records in the Health app and view a timeline of your health history, including lab results, immunizations, and medications from multiple healthcare organizations.

Data Sources

The Health app gathers health data from iPhone, Apple Watch, third party apps, and connected devices that you already use, so you can view all of your progress in one convenient place. Health automatically counts steps, walking, and running distances. And, if you have an Apple Watch, it automatically tracks Activity data.

You are in Control

You decide which information is in the Health app, which apps can access your data, and who you share your data with. ChristianaCare and your providers do not have access to any of your data unless you choose to share.

Here are the steps to connect Apple Health to your ChristianaCare Patient Portal.
