90 Days to ICD-10 Compliance Date
Dear Colleague:
The ICD-10 mandate has been delayed in previous years, but all indicators point to the October 1, 2015 federally mandated compliance date. ICD-10 is the 10th edition of the World Health Organization's International Classification of Diseases, which serves to facilitate evaluation of medical processes and outcomes and enhance accurate payment of services rendered. Practically every person working with patients within the care continuum or the billing / reimbursement cycle at Christiana Care Health System will be impacted in some way. Your Colleagues,
