The goal of the Corporate Compliance Program is to maintain ChristianaCare’s adherence to federal, state, and other regulatory agencies’ laws, rules, and requirements. The strategic plan of the Corporate Compliance Program is to not only protect the integrity of ChristianaCare, but also its employees, healthcare providers and ultimately the population we care for and serve.

Our vision is to promote ChristianaCare’s services to the highest ethical standards and provide accountability to the community it serves.

We encourage individuals to openly communicate concerns and report potential violations of applicable laws, regulations, or our Code of Conduct without fear of retaliation.

The Office of Corporate Compliance & Ethics is available to assist all ChristianaCare departments with adhering to the Code of Conduct, compliance policies, and other compliance-related concerns or inquiries.
