Join our classes for weight loss success!
ChristianaCare’s Weight Loss Center recognizes that staying accountable for your eating behaviors helps support your weight loss goals. Our Registered Dietitians offer two 6-week virtual support classes that help you with behavioral changes and educational information for eating healthy for losing weight, all in a supportive virtual group environment.

Jump Start Your Behavior Change
We’ll teach you how to recognize and manage food triggers within your environment and offer educational information on recognizing fullness cues. Also, we’ll discuss how meal replacements (Numetra TM) helps you achieve your weight loss goals.
What’s included?
- Six weekly virtual classes run by ChristianaCare Registered Dietitians
- Classes are limited to 15 participants
- Three one-on-one support calls with a ChristianaCare Psychologist
Cost is $300.00 for six (6) weeks
Tools for Weight Loss Success
You will learn the importance and role of protein in our diets. We offer educational tips for eating out, new recipes, and preparation tips. Also, we show you ways to increase your physical activity level to promote a healthier lifestyle.
