The Resident & Fellow Quality & Safety Council is a forum that engages residents and faculty in patient safety best practices and promotes greater resident participation in safety initiatives. This forum provides a vehicle for enhancing communication between hospital committees and clinical departments.

Requirements		Pre-Requisites
At least 75% participation by a member of the program. Outside reading and other per-session preparation. Presentation of a case study.		Participants should have an interest in Systems Based Practice. Program director endorsement is required.
