Welcome to the Emergency Department

Our care team serves as a partner in your health to provide a safe, respectful and caring environment. Please keep in mind the steps included here can happen at the same time or in a different order to provide you care as soon as possible.

  • If your symptoms change or you start to feel worse, please let someone from your care team know right away

What to Expect During Your Visit

Check in:

When you arrive, please speak to a team member at the check-in window.

See the nurse:

A nurse will speak to you about why you are here and how you are feeling.

While we get your treatment room ready, you will stay in our waiting room. Sometimes, there are medical emergencies that can cause wait times. Our team works together to keep you safe and provide you with the best care as soon as possible.

Your health care provider will talk with you, complete your exam, and may order tests or medicines to help you.

Registration:

A member of your care team will check in to ensure we have your current information. Please provide any insurance, workers compensation or accident information to a registration team member.
