Employee Resource Groups

Inclusive experience engaging all caregivers.

What is an ERG?

An Employee Resource Group (ERG) is an organizationally supported group of caregivers who share a common identity (e.g., gender, disability status, religion or belief system, ethnicity or race, sexual orientation, generation, military status, occupation, education, etc.) – and allies of that group. ERGs are established following submission of a Charter application and subsequent approval by the Office of Inclusion and Diversity.
