Molly Strayer, RD, LDN
Molly Strayer, RD, LDN is the program’s transplant dietitian. She graduated from Indiana University of Pennsylvania with a degree in Nutrition Education and Dietetics. She has experience in a variety of settings including acute care, long term care, consulting and wellness. Her previous position in long term care exposed her to patients with renal issues both pre and post dialysis and has introduced her to dietitians in the local dialysis centers. Molly understands the challenges that the renal diet poses to the patient and looks forward to helping navigate the ups and downs of dietary limitations, while helping patients to set and meet their goals.
She is a member of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics, Renal Practice Group, Maryland Dietetic Association, Dietitians in Health Care Facilities, and is licensed in Delaware and Maryland.
