The Heart Transplant Evaluation and Management Program at ChristianaCare provides expert care and testing to individuals who are candidates for a heart transplant or those who have had a heart transplant.
Our program offers extensive, state-of-the-art diagnostic testing to evaluate patients and determine the best course of treatment. When a transplant is not indicated, we are able to guide individuals to best advanced treatment strategies currently available.
By coordinating with local cardiologists and regional transplant centers, we provide seamless, expert local care for this complex condition.
