HomeHealth - Medical Help At Home

Our Services

In-Home Care

Our skilled and experienced nurses, social workers and therapists will come to your home to provide medical nursing, rehabilitation and social services, as well as personal care to help your loved one with activities of daily living. We’ll help maintain routines and simplify tasks at home, to make your loved ones comfortable.

Skilled Nursing Care

Infusion Therapy

For some conditions, medicine, nutrients, and other treatments must be given via intravenous (IV) injection. This type of treatment is also called infusion therapy. Our specially trained infusion therapy nurses provide comfort and healing, including:

  • IV site care.
  • Administration and instruction on IV therapy.
  • Drawing and reporting lab values.
Wound Care

Wounds that are not treated properly can take longer to heal and cause other health problems. ChristianaCare HomeHealth certified wound care specialists will come to your home to be sure you or your loved one receives safe and effective treatment that manages pain and promotes healing.

Our wound care experts are experienced in managing a wide variety of skin care needs, from minor skin irritations and injuries to complicated, complex wounds. Plus, we document progress with digital imagery, carefully monitor changes in your healing process and adjust treatment as necessary. Count on us to come to you and provide:

  • Instructions on how to care for your or your loved one’s wounds.
  • Wound treatments that manage pain, prevent infection and promote healing.
  • Follow-up with your physician to assess progress.
