Women's Healthcare

My Mind

Mental health is as important as physical health.

Taking care of your mental wellbeing

If you’re experiencing any form of mental distress, it’s important to get help as soon as possible. Mental disorders affect men and women differently, with women being more likely to suffer from depression and anxiety, especially in cases of hormonal change before/after childbirth or during menopause.

For us, mental health is as important as physical health which is why we offer specialist mental care just for women, helping them explore the causes for their illness and providing guidance and treatment at every step.

Women with anxiety disorders such as social anxiety, generalized anxiety disorder and obsessive compulsive disorders are often living lives of distress.
We have a range of treatments and advice facilities available for women who are dealing with general and female-specific grief issues, such as the loss of a baby after pregnancy. Whatever the cause, rest assured that our staff have the experience, empathy and expertise.
Stress affects us all, but can lead to more serious health problems if unmanaged. Find out more about our stress treatment options.
The idea of mindfulness is that life should be lived in the moment. The practice can bring stress and insomnia relief, and pain reduction.
