About Community Health

We are dedicated to improving the health of community members.

Information About Community Health

Community Health is dedicated to improving the health of the community members we serve.

We do this by offering a range of services to meet the needs of our neighbors, conducting research that will improve the health of the community and offering health education with a focus on prevention.

Our Programs

Our multidisciplinary team allows us to provide services ranging from prevention education and train-the-trainer classes to advocacy and wellness programs.

Community Health is engaged in a variety of areas including women’s health, adolescent health, heart health, obesity, and many other public health priorities. These programs focus on health and wellness, teach consumers to identify health risks, and provide them with strategies to address those risks for themselves and their families.
