ChristianaCare Primary Care at Middletown West offers comprehensive medical care for newborns, children and adults of all ages. Christianacare offers two primary care practices in Middletown. This practice is located at 124 Sleepy Hollow Drive. Also, patients may be looking for our Primary Care  practice on our Middletown East Campus. Both primary care practices in Middletown are accepting new patients.
