Education and Support Groups

Find help with others facing common issues.

You Are Not Alone

Many people who require various forms of therapy discover a deep need for emotional support beyond their medical treatment.  While professional treatment may sometimes be necessary, simply talking with others facing the same issues and diagnoses may be enough.

Support groups exist to allow people to share their concerns with others who are going through or have gone through similar experiences, and serve as an excellent reminder that, no matter how difficult things may seem, you are not alone.
