Nominate a Nurse-led team or group of nurses who have worked together to identify and meet patient and/or patient family needs by going above and beyond the traditional role of Nursing.

The DAISY Award - For Extraordinary Nurses, in memory of J. Patrick Barnes
  • The team must be led by a direct-care nurse.
  • The team must be comprised of two or more team members.
  • All team members must exemplify ChristianaCare’s values and mission.
  • All team members are role models of collaboration and teamwork that make a difference in the lives of patients, families, colleagues and the community.
