1888 Society

Planned gifts create extraordinary opportunities to advance health care and leave a legacy of support for initiatives that will have an impact for years to come.

The 1888 Society is named in honor of the philanthropic tradition that began well over a century ago by J. Taylor Gause, who helped establish the Homeopathic Hospital in Wilmington. His vision in 1888 led to what is today one of the region's leading health care systems.
