Bonnie Graham is Chief Finance Officer, Operations, at ChristianaCare. She oversees enterprise accounting and financial reporting, financial planning and analysis, treasury, reimbursement, decision support, revenue cycle and medical group finance. Her responsibilities also include real estate, design and construction. She joined ChristianaCare in 2019.

Bonnie brings more than 30 years of healthcare finance experience and serves as co-executive lead for ChristianaCare’s enterprise Epic implementation. Her experience includes capital and liquidity strategy, mergers and acquisitions, revenue cycle improvement and major technology implementations.

Bonnie previously served as Senior Vice President of Finance at ChristianaCare. Before joining the organization, she held senior finance roles within large health systems and publicly traded healthcare organizations, including Main Line Health and Universal Health Services.

Bonnie earned her MBA in health administration from Eastern University and her bachelor of science degree in accounting from Clemson University. She completed executive education in Managing Health Care Delivery at Harvard Business School. She is a certified public accountant and a member of the Healthcare Financial Management Association and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
