As a transplant nephrologist, Dr. Chang-Deguzman is devoted to caring for the needs of patients interested in pursuing a kidney transplant. She is board certified in nephrology and is a private practice transplant nephrologist on the ChristianaCare Medical-Dental Staff. She is a member of the National Kidney Foundation.

After earning her medical degree from Jefferson Medical College of Thomas Jefferson University in Philadelphia, she completed her residency and fellowship at the University Health Center in Pittsburgh. Dr. Chang-Deguzman joined Nephrology Associates in 2001 and began work with ChristianaCare’s Transplant Program in 2007.
