Ina Li, M.D., received her undergraduate degree from Princeton University in 1993 and went on to complete her medical training at Rutgers University in 1997. She completed her family medicine residency training at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital in 2000. She then stayed on for a combined geriatric and clinical-research fellowship, where she wrote articles on the use of feeding tubes in advanced-stage dementia and driving in the elderly. Dr. Li is board-certified in family medicine, geriatric medicine, and pain and palliative care.
Dr. Li joined ChristianaCare in 2006 and is the Clinical Director of Continuum of Care and Home Based Services, Director of Clinical Geriatrics, and the medical director of ChristianaCare’s Visiting Nurse Association. She has made numerous contributions to the care of patients in Delaware, including developing a Home Visit Program that serves close to 800+ homebound patients.
She is the mother of two children. She and her husband love to do anything outdoors, especially if it involves soccer.
