Rob McMurray

Chief Financial Officer

Rob McMurray is the Chief Financial Officer of ChristianaCare, responsible for the direction and oversight of all financial and treasury operations. He also has oversight of supply chain operations, internal audit, real estate, design and construction, and the office of integration. He joined ChristianaCare in 2008 as Vice President and Controller.

Rob is the board chair of the Delaware Center for Maternal Fetal Medicine, Inc., a ChristianaCare subsidiary, and is on the boards of The Center for Spine Surgery and the ChristianaCare Insurance Company, LTD.

Rob was honored as a 2020 CFO of the Year by the Philadelphia Business Journal. He is also a return presenter at the annual J.P. Morgan Health Care Conference and the annual Citi Not-for-Profit Health Care Investor Conference and is an active presenting participant in the Health Management Academy CFO Forum.

Prior to joining ChristianaCare, Rob was a senior manager in the assurance practice in Ernst & Young’s Philadelphia office, specializing in health care. Rob received a bachelor’s degree in economics from Temple University and a master’s degree in business administration from Drexel University. He is also a Certified Public Accountant.
