Rob McMurray is Chief Financial and Enterprise Strategy Officer at ChristianaCare. He leads enterprise strategy, long-term financial and capital planning, and the execution of ChristianaCare’s strategic priorities, with oversight of finance, supply chain, corporate development, and payer strategy.

In this role, Rob focuses on integrating strategy, resources, and execution to strengthen organizational performance and position ChristianaCare to serve its communities for generations to come.

Rob joined ChristianaCare in 2008 as Vice President and Controller and subsequently served as Chief Financial Officer. During his tenure, he has helped guide ChristianaCare’s financial strategy, growth, and investment through a period of significant transformation.

Before joining ChristianaCare, Rob worked at EY, specializing in healthcare.  He earned his bachelor’s degree in economics from Temple University and his MBA from Drexel University. He is a certified public accountant.
