Ryan Erace, BSN, RN, is a Pre-Transplant Coordinator with the Kidney Transplant Program at ChristianaCare. He brings over 10 years of nursing experience, beginning in inpatient mental health where he advanced to Director of Nursing for a 120-bed psychiatric facility.

Ryan joined ChristianaCare in 2020 as a hemodialysis nurse and progressed to charge nurse, later serving as a Quality Assurance and Process Improvement (QAPI) Facilitator supporting dialysis services across Christiana and Wilmington Hospitals. He earned his BSN from Delaware Technical Community College and is passionate about expanding his expertise in transplant care.
