Dr. Gilibert serves as a transplant nephrologist for the Kidney Transplant Program. Her leadership in the program assures that transplant patients receive the highest level of medical care throughout their transplant journey. Her experience in transplant and passion for chronic kidney disease patients have made her a devoted caregiver for this population. She is board certified in internal medicine and nephrology. She is a member of and holds transplant nephrology certification from the American Society of Transplantation.

Dr. Gilibert completed her internal-medicine residency at ChristianaCare and her fellowship in nephrology/transplantation at Hahnemann University Hospital in Philadelphia. She is a Delaware native.
