What to know as you arrive for your stay.
Your Room
- Your bed has a nurse call button and bed controls.
- Your television has local and national channels.
- You can ask to change the room temperature.
Your Care Team
- Your care team includes many different people.
- We are here to support you.
- Most members of your care team can be identified by uniform color.
Your Meals
- We’ll help choose your meals, even special diets.
- We'll help you choose your meals based on your needs.
Your Belongings
- Send valuables home with your family.
- Store important items safely when not in use.
- If you lose something, call Lost and Found.
Your Visitors
- Visiting hours are from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m.
- Please ask your care team if children are allowed to visit.
- Visitors should stay home if they feel sick.
Staying Safe
- We want everyone to feel safe and respected.
- No videos or photos of people without permission.
- Patients and visitors are expected to follow hospital rules and our Patient and Visitor Code of Conduct.
Wi-Fi and Internet
- Free Wi-Fi is available.
- Check health information on your patient portal.
