Cough & Cold Line

In anticipation of an increase in respiratory illness in our community -- flu, RSV and COVID-19 -- ChristianaCare has set up a new COUGH & COLD LINE to help you out! If you are 18 and older and don’t feel well, CALL 302-623-7400, Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.

Through a series of prompts, the ChristianaCare COUGH & COLD LINE will provide helpful info on how best to manage your cold, flu and COVID-19 symptoms at home. We’ll also guide you on when you should seek care.

Through the ChristianaCare COUGH & COLD LINE, we can help connect you with a ChristianaCare virtual primary care provider.

If your need is more urgent, there are 16 ChristianaCare Go-Health Urgent Care Centers in DE and MD. Save your spot in line or set up a virtual visit.

Closings Due to Severe Weather

Due to the severe weather impacting our region, the following ChristianaCare services will be closed on Monday, February 23, 2026. Patients whose appointments are affected are being contacted so that they can reschedule.

Outpatient physician practices will be closed for in-person appointments. Virtual appointments will be completed as scheduled.
All other outpatient services are closed, including outpatient lab, imaging and rehabilitation services.
Elective surgical procedures are being postponed.

Our hospitals and emergency services continue to operate normally. If you have an emergency, please call 911.

These services will enhance ChristianaCare’s mission to serve our neighbors as expert, caring partners in their health. With the vans, ChristianaCare will partner with local community organizations to provide services where they are needed most.

Programs & Events

At future community events, additional same day, on-demand care will be offered on the Mobile Health Service vans.

Mobile health care includes sports physicals, behavioral health appointments and obstetrics and gynecological services. A schedule of community events will be finalized soon.
