Wellness Services
A comprehensive approach to your weight and wellness
Our one-year intensive program is designed for individuals who want a structured, supportive, and comprehensive approach to weight management—without surgery.
At the Center for Weight Management (CWM), you’ll be guided by a dedicated team of weight loss specialists, including obesity medicine providers, registered dietitians, and behavioral health professionals. Together, we create a personalized plan that addresses the medical, nutritional, and emotional aspects of weight loss.
This program is more than weight loss—it’s about improving health, building confidence, and creating lasting change.
The Center for Weight Management (CWM) is home to a nationally accredited Bariatric Surgery Program that provides safe, effective, and compassionate care for patients seeking long-term weight loss and improved health.
Our experienced team of board-certified bariatric surgeons, nurse practitioners, registered dietitians, and behavioral health specialists work together to guide you through every step of the journey—from preparation to surgery to lifelong follow-up.
At CWM, we are committed to walking alongside you—before, during, and after surgery—using the latest technology and a team-based approach to help you achieve lasting health and success.
At the heart of any successful weight management program is expert nutrition guidance. Our registered dieticians provide personalized support to help you achieve and maintain a healthy weight—safely and sustainably.
What Our Dietitians Do:
Whether you're just starting your weight loss journey or looking for long-term maintenance support, our dietitians are here to guide you every step of the way.
Obesity Medicine Specialist
Obesity medicine providers are physicians or advanced practice clinicians with specialized training in the medical treatment of overweight and obesity. They play a key role in helping patients achieve sustainable weight loss and improve their overall health.
What Obesity Medicine Providers Do:
Obesity medicine providers offer evidence-based, compassionate care that addresses the complexity of obesity as a chronic disease, not just a matter of willpower.
Our bariatric surgeons are fellowship-trained in advanced minimally invasive and metabolic surgery, offering expert care for patients seeking long-term solutions to obesity and related health conditions.
What a Fellowship-Trained Bariatric Surgeon Provides:
Our surgeons are committed to evidence-based care, surgical excellence, and helping patients reclaim their health through lasting weight loss and improved quality of life.
Mental and emotional health play a vital role in successful weight management. Our psychologists provide specialized support to pre-op, post-op and weight management patients to help overcome psychological barriers to weight loss and develop a healthier relationship with food and body.
What the Psychologist Offers:
Our psychologists work closely with the medical, nutritional, and behavioral teams to ensure whole-person care that supports lasting results—both physically and emotionally.
Our Center for Surgical Optimization ensures that everyone involved in your care has all the necessary information to support a safe and successful surgery.
The CSO team will review your health history and conduct a health assessment, sharing this information with your surgical team to ensure you're fully prepared for surgery and provide them with the details needed to deliver the best care.
The CSO team will give you comprehensive instructions for the day of surgery and offer educational materials to guide and support your care throughout the entire process.
