Important: ChristianaCare Mail Order Pharmacy is transitioning to a new electronic health record.

If you or your dependents use the Mail Order Pharmacy, you must add or update your payment information in MyChart. Payment information from the old system will not move to the new system. Each person needs their own MyChart account.

Adding payment information now can help prevent delays. If payment information is missing the pharmacy may need to call you before filling your prescription.

Add your payment information

In MyChart:

• Sign in to ChristianaCare MyChart
• Add a payment method
  • If a refill is being filled now, add your payment information right away.
  • If you do not need a refill yet, wait for your refill reminder.
  • Need help with MyChart, call 844-640-0300.

By phone:

• If you cannot use MyChart, call ChristianaCare Mail Order Pharmacy at 302-320-6760 from 8:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. Have your payment information ready. Dependents should call separately.

By fax:

• If you cannot use MyChart or call, fax the payment form to 302-623-0399.

Retail pharmacies are conveniently located in the lobbies of Christiana, Wilmington and Cecil Hospitals. These pharmacies are available for all your prescription needs, as well as over-the-counter medications. Most prescription plans are accepted.

The ChristianaCare Specialty Pharmacy helps patients who have complex medication regimens that require close monitoring. These specialty medications are often associated with diseases such as cancer, HIV and hemophilia, among others.
