Rehabilitation appointment information – Learn more

For the safety of our patients and caregivers, we have expanded and changed how we deliver care to reduce the spread of COVID-19.

Depending on your medical needs, your appointments could take place in-person or by video. Existing ChristianaCare patients can request a virtual appointment by sending a message to “Rehabilitation Services Physical, Occupational, Speech Therapy” on the ChristianaCare patient portal.

Before Your Appointment

Please complete the required health history information on the ChristianaCare patient portal. Any additional required paperwork will be emailed to you.

What to Expect from an In-Person Visit

When you come to see us, you will experience a welcoming environment that’s a little different.

Before your appointment, you will answer some COVID-19 screening questions through secured text messaging or at the door. Our team will let you know when you are cleared to come into the office.

Your support person can help you get into the office, but they should plan to wait in the car during your appointment. You should plan to wear a face mask throughout your appointment.

After your appointment, our team will assist you in getting back to your car.
