At ChristianaCare, Love and Excellence are the lens through which we make every decision and the standard by which we hold ourselves accountable. "We Serve Together," our 2025 impact report, tells the stories of the many ways our nearly 15,000 caregivers bring those values to life, from gene editing research that's changing how we fight cancer, to new hospitals in communities that need them, to a first-of-its-kind affiliation with Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia, bringing world-class pediatric care closer to home.
