Helping You Through a Difficult Time

Grief is a normal and natural response to loss.

All people experience loss, grieve, no matter your age, gender, culture, ethnicity, or spiritual values. Feelings such as anger, shock, guilt, sadness and depression can be crippling, causing you to become exhausted and unable to deal with daily life.

We have a range of treatments and advice facilities available for women who are dealing with general and female-specific grief issues, such as the loss of a baby after pregnancy. Whatever the cause, rest assured that our staff have the experience, empathy and expertise to help you through a difficult time and begin the healing process in a healthy and sustainable way.

Allow yourself time for grieving.

  • It is often helpful to cry. Crying heals.
