This first annual ChristianaCare Trauma Symposium aims to reinvigorate trauma specific education for healthcare providers in the state of Delaware and surrounding areas. Our keynote speaker this year is Dr. Glen Tinkoff. He will be sharing his talk on trauma systems of care and their benefits. We will delve into other topics like massive transfusion, managing open fractures, trauma transfers, pediatric gun violence, and more. Throughout the conference, there will be opportunities to network and gain knowledge that is useful and relevant to your role and serves to improve the quality of care delivered.

ChristianaCare, currently, only offers the AMA PRA Category 1 Physician CME credit, through joint providership with the Medical Society of Delaware. All CME events must follow the ACCME’s standards regarding academic need, outcomes, and demonstration of impact on physician competence, performance and/or patient outcomes. The AMA PRA Category 1 credit can be issued to and used by other caregivers; however, all education must be geared toward a physician driven audience.
