The Academy maximizes both individual and team abilities to innovate and lead change while driving scientifically-based improvements in health care delivery. Our programs are designed to promote basic through advanced skill levels in our learners.
The Academy has set a goal of becoming a regional center for health care value education and training of individuals or groups outside of ChristianaCare.
The Academy offerings are available to ChristianaCare employees and affiliated Medical Dental Staff at this time.
