The Magnet® designation for nursing excellence from the American Nurses Credentialing Center is the pre-eminent recognition for hospital systems in the United States.

ChristianaCare Health System was designated as a Magnet organization in 2010, 2015, and 2020 by the ANCC Magnet Recognition Program® and are now applying for redesignation.

Intermediate	Evidence Based Practice Fellowship Program The Evidence Based Practice Fellowship Program is designed to provide nurses with the knowledge, skills, and competencies in evidence-based practice (EBP).
Evidence Based Practice Immersion Series A virtual two session educational experience that offers an in-depth step-by-step walkthrough of an evidence-based practice model, how to find and grade evidence to support practice change, and how to implement and sustain change in healthcare settings.
