The ACT team facilitator development program teaches facilitators how to successfully engage all team members and increase team effectiveness. The design is to instruct participants on the principles of effective group facilitation through interactive class discussion, individual mentoring, while co-facilitating an ACT Team. The goal of this program is to develop effective individuals who will facilitate future improvement project teams, provide further organizational learning and institutional success in improvement science. | ||

Participation must be pre-approved by immediate supervisor, program manager and/or department head. | Masters degree, Certification in Medical Quality (CMQ), Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ), or Lean Six Sigma Blackbelt certified (LSSBB). | |
