After more than two decades of visionary leadership, Dr. Janice E. Nevin will retire on September 1, 2026, leaving an enduring legacy that has shaped ChristianaCare and the future of compassionate, equitable care for generations to come.

Dr. Nevin joined ChristianaCare in 2002 and has served as president and CEO since 2014. Throughout her tenure, she has guided the organization’s transformation into one of the nation’s most respected health systems by championing innovative models of care, strengthening academic partnerships, and expanding access to health services across our communities.
