Screening – we will reach out before your visit to ask a few simple screening questions about current respiratory symptoms.
Masks – masking is optional. However, anyone with respiratory symptoms (coughing, sneezing, etc) should wear a mask at all times. We will provide a mask to you or your caregiver if you request one.
Caregivers – Only patients needing help can have a caregiver with them for their visit.
