As clinical supervisor, Clare leads multidisciplinary team focusing on delivering high-quality, patient-centered transplant care. Clare oversees clinical operations, staff development, and regulatory compliance across the transplant continuum—from evaluation to post-operative follow-up. She also assists with strategic planning, education, and quality improvement initiatives, helping to assure that the program meets national standards while advancing innovation and access for patients and donors.

Clare was previously a transplant coordinator working with providers in the community and supporting each patient to the goal of transplant and beyond. Clare graduated from the University of Delaware with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. Prior to joining our team, she worked in ChristianaCare’s Surgical Critical Care Complex.
