As Senior Transplant Coordinator, Clare is highly skilled in the care of the transplant patient, as well as transplant coordination. For more than five years, she has been coordinating patient care with the providers in the community and supporting each patient to the goal of transplant. Clare graduated from the University of Delaware with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and has been caring for our patients undergoing evaluation as well as those waiting for transplant. Prior to joining our team, she worked in ChristianaCare’s Surgical Critical Care Complex for many years.
