As an undergraduate, Jamie Rapacciuolo, D.O. studied biochemistry at the University of Tampa. She earned a master’s in biological science at the Drexel University College of Medicine and a doctorate in osteopathic medicine from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey. Dr. Rapacciuolo completed her residency program at ChristianaCare in family medicine and the osteopathic manipulative medicine/neuromusculoskeletal medicine program at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey.
Prior to rejoining the faculty at ChristianaCare, Dr. Rapacciuolo has also served as a faculty member at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey and as the medical director in the department of family medicine, as well as practicing as a full time primary care provider in the ChristianaCare Medical Group. She is the Clinical Lead for Foulk Road and Family Medicine at Wilmington Primary Care, as well as the Osteopathic Track Director in our osteopathically recognized residency program.
Dr. Rapacciuolo is a member of the Society of Osteopathic Medical Educators, the American College of Osteopathic Family Physicians, the American Academy of Osteopathy and the American Osteopathic Association. Her participation in the medical community also includes several presentations to the Delaware Academy of Family Physicians and a publication in the International Journal of Osteopathic Medicine. She is President-Elect for the Delaware Academy of Family Physicians for 2019-2020.
