Lori is the program’s Transplant Patient Navigator. This is a new role to the program designed to provide patients with additional personalized attention to help them overcome barriers to care through the transplant process. Lori brings her love of people and enthusiasm to help to this role.

An employee of ChristianaCare since 03/2009, Lori has many dedicated years as a Certified Pharmacy Technician. In that role, she was a part of the Medication History process in the Emergency Room, which is where she met many of our patients. She knew at that point that she wanted to join the transplant team and be part of helping patients along their journey.
