Patient Hospital and Physician Bills

ChristianaCare assists patients with all questions related to hospital bills.

Customer Service business hours are:
8 a.m. – 6 p.m., Monday through Thursday,
8 a.m. – 5 p.m. Friday and
9 a.m. – 2 p.m. Saturday.

If you have received a text or email about your bill, please follow the directions in the corresponding message. To go directly to our bill pay options or view your bill, select one of the following based upon the statement you may have recently received.

If you received services at one of our Delaware, Pennsylvania, or New Jersey locations, please choose the invoice type you received below to pay your bill.

Do you have a bill from a ChristianaCare-employed physician at one of our Cecil County locations? You can pay your balance here by selecting the style of invoice you’ve received below.

If you received care at our Cecil County Campus (formerly Union Hospital), these bills can be paid by selecting your invoice type below.

If you have received Open MRI Services at our Cecil County Campuses, please pay your bill by selecting your invoice type below.

If you are unable to pay your entire balance at one time, you may request to set up a payment plan. For more information, contact Customer Service at 302-623-7000.

It is suggested that you discuss your coverage with your insurance carrier before seeking treatment. Please confirm the extent of your medical insurance coverage and find out if your insurance is accepted at your ChristianaCare provider.

Financial Assistance Program

ChristianaCare’s Financial Assistance Program was created to assist uninsured and underinsured individuals to explore the options to pay for services that are urgently needed and medically necessary.
