Community Health Needs Assessment Meetings

• ChristianaCare is holding community meetings to inform our 2025 Community Health Needs Assessment.
• The purpose of the meetings is to learn from you about your community’s health challenges and successes to help us better understand how we can support our communities.
• Community input meetings will include a meal and a $35 gift card for participants
• Registration is required
