Primary Care Concord Health Center

ChristianaCare Primary Care at Concord Health Center offers comprehensive medical care for the entire family. Our team includes physicians who are board-certified in internal medicine and pediatrics, having completed a special combined four-year Med-Peds residency education. Our dedicated team of physicians, nurse practitioners and physician assistants provide expert medical care for newborns, children and adults.

Our primary care practice is equipped to handle the unique healthcare needs of your child, providing pediatric care from infancy through adolescence.

Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday - 7:30 a.m. to 7 p.m.
Thursday - 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Friday - 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.

For your convenience, routine calls will be answered from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday.
