The Medical Group

Bettering support for physicians and to serve patients effectively.

Who We Are

The Medical Group comprises community-based primary-care physician and specialty-care practices.

We are more than 140 doctors, nurse practitioners, physician assistants and other caregivers employed by ChristianaCare. Managing these practices as a group enables better support for physicians and the ability to serve patients more effectively. Additionally, the Medical Group uses electronic health records to support and promote its patient care quality initiatives.

The Medical Group includes primary care practices and specialty care partners in Delaware and New Jersey. The Medical Group is also partnering with ChristianaCare hospitalists to improve our patients’ continuity of care from primary care to hospital care and back again.
