Nomination Criteria Nominate a Nurse

Nomination Criteria

Nominee:

  • Is an individual nurse, nurse leader or nurse-led team.
  • Demonstrates ability to address social needs.
  • Advocates and provides care for patients and families who are disadvantaged demographically, psycho-socially or economically.
  • Integrates social care into overall care.
  • Demonstrates strong communication skills.
  • Serves as a role model for their contributions to improve health equity and providing compassionate, quality health care.
