Making the Diagnosis

Once we make a diagnosis, we’ll create a customized treatment plan that will help your child move toward a healthier future. Our goal is for our patients to function better in all areas of their lives — within their families, schools, and communities.

Focus on Strengthening Our Communities

Our comprehensive approach also includes a strong emphasis on providing support for children, adolescents, and teenagers in the community.

Our staff works closely with pediatricians and school and community services to provide education, counseling, and support designed to identify problems early and to lay the groundwork for healthy social, psychological, and emotional development among children and youth.

Our New Patient Intake Packet is available here for download.  Please complete the packet on your computer and save it, or print the packet, complete it in pen and scan it.  Completed packets should be emailed to us at bhpedsreferrals@christianacare.org *.
