At ChristianaCare, we focus on curating and managing external partnerships to attract and retain top talent by partnering with organizations dedicated to offering enhanced support. Our special partnerships are focused on programs and initiatives supporting veterans, individuals with disabilities, and those who were justice-involved.

Project SEARCH is a unique school-work collaboration that aims to support students with intellectual and developmental disabilities to transition to productive employment.

Our Graduate Medical Education (GMEC) subcommittees aim to foster an environment of belonging in both the workplace and learning environment for all residents. We are committed to the continuous growth and development of our caregivers. Through educational events, insightful discussions, and engaging interviews, we provide a platform to enhance our caregivers knowledge and skills around belonging.
An Employee Resource Group (ERG) is an organizationally supported group of caregivers who share a common identity – and allies of that group. ERGs are established following submission of a Charter application and subsequent approval by the Office of Belonging. All caregivers are invited to join or start an ERG.
