What is an ERG?

Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) connect caregivers with shared interests or bonds, along with their allies. ERGs are established following submission of a Charter application and subsequent approval by the Office of Caregiver Belonging. All caregivers are welcome to join or start an ERG.
