| This class teaches the PDCA (Plan, Do, Check, Act) problem solving methodology and serves as the basis for continuous performance improvement at ChristianaCare. The curriculum reviews improvement methodologies and patient safety concepts and tools that support learner’s application of essential improvement methods. | ||
